  1. Wash the kidney beans. Soak overnight. Again wash it properly. Peel and cut the potatoes. Wash it properly. Boil kidney bean in cooker with little salt. Wait for 4 whistle. Once it is done. Cool it and open the lid. Transfer to a bowl.Heat oil in Kadai. Once the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and dry red chilli. Let it crackle for few minutes. Add cubed potatoes and fry till it becomes light brown in colour. Add chopped onion. Fry till it becomes light brown in colour.
  2. Add the paste, and powder masala. Cook till the oil separates from the surface.
  3. Add kidney beans fry till the masala coated well. Once it is done. Add water as needed. Boil it till it become gravy. Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful bowl.
