  3. Use 2 tsp Ginger, garlic paste
  4. Get 1 Green cardamom
  5. Prepare 4 Cloves
  6. You need 3 cinnamon sticks
  7. Use 2 Black cardamoms
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. Use 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 2 tsp Coriander powder
  11. Get 1 tsp Cumin powder
  12. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  13. Get to taste Salt
  14. Use 4 tsp Oil

Instructions to make Special mutton curry :

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add the whole spices add the sliced onions and fry on medium heat for around 8-10 mins till golden. Add the ginger-garlic paste mix and fry on low heat for around 2 mins on low heat.
  2. Pour in the masala mix and fry on low heat for around 2-3 mins till oil separates. Now add the mutton pieces and fry on high heat for around 2-3 mins mix it well add salt and mix.
  3. Add chilli powder mix and cook for 1-2 mins now add 1.5 cups of water mix well and close the pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Add more water if required. Once done add the Garam masala powder and mix well.
  4. Chopped coriander leaves as garnish.
