- Prepare 500 gms Mutton cut with bones
- Provide 1 Onion sliced medium
- Use 2 tsp Ginger, garlic paste
- Get 1 Green cardamom
- Prepare 4 Cloves
- You need 3 cinnamon sticks
- Use 2 Black cardamoms
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Use 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Get to taste Salt
- Use 4 tsp Oil
Instructions to make Special mutton curry :
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker add the whole spices add the sliced onions and fry on medium heat for around 8-10 mins till golden. Add the ginger-garlic paste mix and fry on low heat for around 2 mins on low heat.
- Pour in the masala mix and fry on low heat for around 2-3 mins till oil separates. Now add the mutton pieces and fry on high heat for around 2-3 mins mix it well add salt and mix.
- Add chilli powder mix and cook for 1-2 mins now add 1.5 cups of water mix well and close the pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Add more water if required. Once done add the Garam masala powder and mix well.
- Chopped coriander leaves as garnish.
