  1. First fry fali, til kaju,khopra and 1 onion one by one
  2. Grind all roast ing. One by one
  3. Take a cup of curd
  4. Mix grind ing in the curd
  5. Now beat it
  6. Take 1 cup of this chutney keep a side
  7. Now fry all veggies
  8. Fry 1 onion,
  9. Fry kaju
  10. Take the chutney
  11. Mix all veggies,onion and kaju
  12. Add ginger garlic paste
  13. Green chilli paste
  14. Add salt mix well it
  15. Take a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee
  16. Keep one layer of rice
  17. Keep mixture of curd and veggies
  18. Spread some drop of red orange colour
  19. Now keep other layer of rice
  20. Keep curd mixture and colour
  21. At last keep kast layer of rice
  22. Keep it slow flame for 8 to 10 min
  23. Mix it slightly
  24. Garnish with coriander
  25. Serve hot with curd chutney or curd
